Service Description
In this course, you will learn what it means to be self-sufficient and all of the aspects of being a Holistic Athlete. This course will meet for 1 hour once per week for 8 consecutive weeks. This course will set you up to become a more well-rounded, holistic athlete to reduce injuries, increase sports performance, improve your confidence and mental health, and set yourself up for long term success and wellbeing. This course will challenge you to be more in tune with yourself - body, mind, and soul - to learn what works best for you mentally and physically, allowing you to be more self-sufficient in your Holistic Athlete journey. Futsal shoes or sneakers only, no cleats.
