Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training- This training is for all athletes and combines mobility, strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention training to improve all aspects of your sports performance. 

+ Soccer Training- This training is for soccer players wanting to add some soccer footwork and soccer/strength combo drills to their sports performance training (only available as an add on to sports performance trainings)

Private 1on1, semiprivate, private small group, & private team training available upon request

Soccer Studs Training

Soccer IQ Clinics & Camps - learn all of the components of soccer IQ to improve your decision making, vision, movement off the ball, body positioning, and soccer in general. This will help you level up your game big time!

Skills & Footwork Clinics - these clinics will work on a soccer players' agility & technical abilities with the soccer ball. From skills & moves, to ball control & dribbling, to passing & moving, this clinic will improve the player's overall ball control & technique 

Off-Site Shooting (& Longball) Clinic - This shooting clinic will take the time to teach players the fundamentals & technique of shooting & kicking the ball. Once the foundation is built, the players will work on their shooting through various scenarios recreated in drills. For example, in one drill, the player will work on beating a defender 1v1 with a move to shoot. In another drill, they might do a give and go (or 1:2) around the defender to shoot. The variations are endless like in the game of soccer and by practicing the variations, it helps players be more prepared in games to not only take the shot, but to take a goal scoring shot.

Weekend Game Prep

This session was created for athletes to physically and mentally prepare for the weekend of games or competitions. This session is not intense, as it's meant to be done 1-2 days before competition, but it has everything to prepare athletes to perform their best come game time. The mindset portion gives a glimpse of what the 6-week mindset course covers, but will still provide you with some insight, tools, and practice to be locked in for competition.

These sessions will combine mobility, muscle activation, injury prevention, and mindset training- option to add light soccer footwork upon request

Injury Prevention & Rehab

This session is meant for any and all athletes, whether training to return from an injury or looking to prevent injuries. Many injuries can be prevented or the risk lessened through this type of training and preparation. Oftentimes the small muscles, tendons, and ligaments that receive the most stress and absorb or transfer the most force receive the least amount of training and attention, leading to injuries labeled as "overuse", when in reality, its improper training.

 

This session will combine mobility, muscle activation, and injury prevention strengthening. The training will focus on strengthening muscle attachments, training muscles in the eccentric phase, strengthening stabilizer muscles, remedying muscle imbalances that lead to injuries, specifically ACL tears, and training the body overall to correct biomechanics, form, and specific sports performance movements to ensure a strong, prepared body. Whether you're returning from an injury or looking to prevent injuries, this session is crucial to the longevity of your sports career and physical health.

This session was created for the adult athletes who want to improve their health and fitness with a fellow athlete. No boring workouts, but all the training to improve your fitness, reduce injury risk, and, if it is your goal, get you back playing your sport at whatever level you choose in no time. 

These workouts will combine mobility, strength, injury prevention, conditioning, and agility - option to add soccer footwork upon request

Bootcamp for Moms

(Coming Soon)

This session is meant for busy moms to get their workout in while having their child(ren) staying active as well. While Mom is improving her strength, mobility, and conditioning, the kids are playing games that get their bodies moving and their brains thinking!

These workouts will have modification options so all moms of all ages, levels of experience, and abilities welcome! The children will be right next door with live video showing on a TV for you to see during your workout for any moms concerned about being away.
