In this course, you will learn how to train your mindset to build confidence, mental resilience, and better mental health. This course will dive deep into your specific anxieties, doubts, fear, negative self-talk, and more to begin to turn those into positive experiences and thoughts. The mind is like the body, it requires training and exercises to improve and handle the pressure and stress of sports. This course will give you the tools to train a champion mindset.

-1 Notebook
In this course, you will learn what soccer IQ is and why it is important to have to be a high-level soccer player and advance. In this course we will watch film to learn about the different components of soccer IQ, decision making, and the reasoning behind it. You will then take what you learn and apply it immediately after to better understand and process what you learned. Each session will cover a different soccer IQ topic and is recommended for any position.

In this course, you will learn what it means to be self-sufficient, what it means to be a Holistic Athlete, and what it means to be those combined. You will learn about all of the aspects of being a Holistic Athlete, as well as how to implement them in your life now and long-term. This course will not only teach you new information, but it will aid in improving your sports performance, your overall health and wellbeing, and your mental health.
