In this course, you will meet on video chat for 1 hour once per week for 4 weeks. You will learn the importance of training your mind like you train your body. This course will help expose the negative thoughts, doubts, anxieties, harmful self-talk, and anything else affecting your sports performance and mental health to learn how to rewire your mind to be more positive, supportive, resilient, and confident. You will learn and practice exercises to begin training your mind. When you finish this course, you will have the tools and resources to continue training your mind to support and elevate your sports performance, as well as improve your overall confidence and mental health long term.
