About Holistic Athlete Training
Holistic Athlete Training is for ALL athletes to improve their sports performance, but, more importantly, to build their body-mind-soul connection to elevate their fitness, health, and well-being beyond sports. Whether through the various training sessions, in-person courses, or online coaching & courses, you will learn how to become a self-sufficient holistic athlete. You will learn how to understand yourself, all of the aspects of being a holistic athlete, & how to bring it all together.
Being an athlete is more than just playing a sport. Being an elite athlete requires knowledge, effort, and work beyond your sport to improve speed, agility, reaction time, strength, mental resilience, confidence, recovery, nutrition, and more. Sports Performance Training
These sessions combine speed, agility, strength, injury prevention, and more to improve sports performance, reduce injury risk, and increase their overall wellbeing. These can be private, semiprivate, or group sessions, as well as clinics offered weekly (coming soon).

This page offers a community of Holistic Athletes where everyone can interact and connect. There are educational videos and blogs on various related topics, courses to delve deeper to understand, discounted and early access to events, and direct access to messaging me. (Coming soon)

In Person and
Online Events
These events will allow Holistic Athletes to connect live or in person, ask Coach Summer questions, and learn about a specific topic - each event will cover a different topic from confidence and mental resilience, to injury prevention and recovery, to finding balance between sports and life, and even college recruitment guidance.
